April 15, 1999 Scott and I and our first three little girls were sealed in the Logan temple for time and eternity. I have no pictures from that day, we didn’t carry our cameras in our pockets then. So I’ll share some of my favorite temple pics of our other family temple days, our kids temple days. Some of the days our kids gave us more kids to love forever. That day we knelt across from each other and promised forever. Then our three little girls, @brithigs @madi.rebollozo and baby @taylor.poulsen held by my Mom and our future kids @hannah_smith_33 @zacscottsmith4_5 @ryansmith37452 waiting to join our family here were added to our forever promise. It was the best, most glorious day of my life. Many times after we found out Scott was dying I was reminded all would be well, we were on the covenant path. How grateful am I to know the promises we made to each other win over death. Because of Jesus. I’ll celebrate today at the temple, my favorite place to be. We may be separated for a time, but because of Jesus it’s just a time. A blip on the radar of eternity. Our forever began a long time ago, before cell phone cameras 😉. Happy family day anniversary my love, til we meet again. You, me, our babes, the rest of our families and Jesus for the rest of our forever. Oh, and Captain Moroni as Mac likes to remind us. He’s sure that’s who you’re hanging out with. #mightywidow #familiesareforever #gratitude #comeonletsgo #makejesuscoolagain | Heidi Jamison Smith
